Just a short distance from the city, Hotel Mhendo is tucked away in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location—perfect for a relaxing escape without being too far from the action.

The food was a real highlight! Their Indian menu is curated by an award-winning Indian chef, and every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors. What truly surprised me was their Himalayan Thali—unlike anything I’ve had before. It’s not your typical Nepali or Indian thali, and absolutely a must-try for food lovers.

They also offer authentic Thai massages, and I was impressed to learn the massage therapist was specially hired from Thailand—a great touch of authenticity and care.

The bar is cozy, the drinks are well-crafted, and the pricing is surprisingly reasonable—great value for money. Lastly, don’t miss the bakery section! Their selection is top-notch, and the in-house baker really gives other bakeries a run for their money. Everything from pastries to fresh loaves was on point.
