We went to this place because we’ve been here before however this time we felt like we’ve been ripped off. First of all they don’t even have the menu order. We asked for Gurkha and guns but the waiter named Arjun said they are out of it. Then we asked for Black label 750mL as mentioned in their menu the price is marked at 13000. Then the waiter said they will give us 1 liter black label. Mind you, we asked for 750mL and he kept saying 1Liter since they are out of 750mL, he then proceeded to recommend us that he would give us 750mL out of the 1 liter as they are not able to pour the 1 liter in 750mL bottle. To which we agreed to, because firstly our choice was G&G since they were out of it we asked for 750mL. The waiter did not once mentioned anything about any price difference and when the bill came they charged us almost 4000 extra on the black label. You can check the receipt they charged us 30mL, quantity 25 which actually totals to 750mL however decided to charge us per pack. We’ve requested the bottle 750mL but the waiter Arjun himself said he will pour the 1liter into 750mL portion and mentioned nothing about charging us per pack but when he brought the receipt and when we questioned why he charged us the way he did, he said he mentioned us about charging us per pack. We were 5 people and not one person heard him say anything about charging us per pack. If he had told us about charging us per pack and told us about the price difference from the beginning, we would have paid, the situation would have been different however not being told about the exact price left us feeling cheated. He was rushing at the end, kept closing the menu and the receipt to avoid me from taking pictures. It’s just unacceptable. I recently visited Hotel De Flamingo with my wife, and while the experience had its ups and downs, it was memorable overall. Starting with the parking situation, the space was quite limited and already full when we arrived, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the EV charging station was out of order, which is something they should definitely look into, especially as more people are switching to electric vehicles.

We settled in and ordered cocktails, excited to relax and enjoy the evening. However, the wait for our drinks was unusually long. After about 30 minutes, the waiter returned, not with our drinks but to reconfirm our order. This was a bit frustrating as we were expecting our drinks by then. Despite the delay, the staff handled the situation quite professionally and were courteous throughout. Their politeness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and it was clear that they were well-trained in customer service.

The highlight of our visit was definitely the food. It was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was impressive. The food alone made the visit worthwhile. Although the delay in getting our drinks was a bit disappointing, the overall service was commendable, and the staff did their best to ensure we were comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for just one night, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel right at home.

The hotel offered a fantastic spa experience – it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was incredibly relaxing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of dishes that were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The attention to detail in every meal truly showcased the culinary skills of the team.

I’d like to extend my gratitude to the General Manager for making my stay so memorable. Their attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference, and it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
