Hotel SNG — Hotel in Gokarneshwar Municipality

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE during my stay Learn how to brief to guest about where the room have attached bathroom or not before reservation Who the hell want non attached bathroom for couple !!!! Receptionist told all room was packed during which we force to go for so called supreme deluxe room(205) which we charge for 2500 like room was tiny as hell. We don’t have space for even to walk properly and it’s called supreme deluxe and there was chair and table infront of toilet like seriously!!! At night we order 3 bottle of water which we only open 2 bottle and during check out we told don’t charge for the one which we don’t consume ,stupid guy forced us to pay for it and take it with us It’s that how you offer service Learn some hospitality one of the worst hotel to ever stay in my life...

Worst experience ever in my life . I used to be one of regular customers of hotel SNG but the guy at front desk night shift was totally radiculas and unprofessional hospitality person . I just request him to change room after 5 min of checkin just because of I want work table in my room but his response was unprofessional and just asked for extra 500 rs to shift my room which have table in . Also the staff text me back in my personal number saying that don't repeat such thing again Please don't do this again from next time 🙏. Well sir you know already the price of table one and still arguing with us . Totally disgusting and unprofessional staff . Totally disappointed with such kind of service will never recommend my friends and family...

when i was visited with my family in sng hotel we had sng momo .it was delirious and juicy .and all food as well. all the staff was very friendly most of the staff in service 5th floor restaurant was panoramic . i recemented all the hospitality lovers visit...
