We stayed in the Hotel for only one night, and it was very impressing. A warm welcome, comfortable rooms (en suite), deliciuos homemade food from homegrown vegetable. ||Melamchigoan is a village which -like many others in the beautiful Helambu region- suffered disastrous damages caused by the earthquake 2015. Read moreEco-Friendly Hostel was so much better than all the other tea houses in the area. It’s new with awesome beds and comforters, clean bathrooms with hot water and even WiFi. We ended up staying for a few days and loved the patio to soak up the sun. Perched at the top of the valley, it has spectacular views and is convenient to explore the local village. Read moreThis is the rebuilt Eco-Friendly Hostel in Melamchi Ghyang. It is run by Jhangmu and Kami, the bedrooms all have en-suite with showers, hot ones (when the sun shines, solar water heaters).
