The bedding had NOT been changed after the last people had slept here, the sheet was dirty and the pillow case had greasy head stains on it, not to mention the pillow itself which was hanging out of the case and it was BROWN GREASE.||The walls are covered in filth and the corner of the room where the bin is is green mouldy where things have been thrown in and missed, splattered all down the walls||The curtains are also filthy and mostly hanging off the rail||There is no toilet seat on the toilet and again the bathroom is a disgrace||I have complained and was offered 2 alternative rooms, both just as bad. The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet had stains on the seat and bowl and the floor was not cleaned well as well. The sink and mirror were the same and there was no soap that we could use to wash our hands. We had to ask for pillows, towels and soap. The surrounding area is also very noisy, which made it hard to relax. There were also power outages that took away the fans and air conditioning, making it really warm.
