OYO 427 Annapurna Banquet Pvt Ltd — Hotel in Janakpur

one of my friend who works in oyo had told me don't aspect more in Janakpur, he was 100% correct. the room was very dirty there were ants on bed. the staff were rude. when I asked about breakfast fast he told me the breakfast isn't included, but latter I got a call from Customer Care center that he will provide discount in room price and I got RS 100 for not having breakfast , it was funny . for two pax just 100 rupee. the bathroom were not cleaned. there were no toilet paper. the toiletries which Oyo provide for the hotel were also the used one. there was not a single bottle of water in the room , and the glasses where were in the room were used one , I mean it was used by previous guest.
