OYO 273 Hotel Rara Palace — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

We stayed one night to get a good rest before a long bus journey, but unfortunately there were several issues. We booked a double room but were given a twin. Both beds had uncomfortable saggy mattresses with springs poking out. We were not allowed to change rooms after reporting this to staff, because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel was very noisy with loud banging from 5:30am. If you plan on staying here, bring earplugs. The floor was also very dusty and there was also no hot water. The bedsheets were clean at least. Would not recommend this hotel,...

It's my first time to visit oyo hotel at Kathmandu near buspark ...The hotel was nicely designed ,neat and clean|My special thanks to Mr sujan bro who was always ready to help in any time|And the hotel manager was good and he provided me a best rates||I wish to come again and visit hotel again and again ||Thank you oyo team for a lovely decorated ..well...

The Best Rooms fells good n cleaned , beds are comfortable, and with the frndly staff... Junrally hotel can't give you home type feels... But I feels here... Came for 1day stay but stayed here for 4days... And sure its gona be my 1st choice whenever visit...
