KB’S ECO MOUNTAIN VILLAGE HOME — Hotel in Machhapuchchhre

This is my favourite place I have stayed in Nepal! Wow! I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners are amazing people, so welcoming and accommodating, they did so much for me without me even asking. Always making tea for me when I was there, the food was better than words can describe, made with love and so much flavour and all from local ingredients from the village. I have met the family who lives here and many people in the village while staying here and they are all such great people! I only stayed two nights and already wishing I could be back there. The location is unbelievable, the most beautiful place I have every stayed on my life! The views from the rooftop patio and even the views from the ground are stunning! Everybody was so helpful giving me directions to explore the village and other nearby villages, and every person I met in my two days here was beaming with kindness and more welcoming than I could have imagined. I can't say enough good things about this place, if it's possible to do a visit here it's not something to pass up, this is a very special place filled with very special people, if you get the chance to come here you should definitely do it, even if it's just for a short visit (but the longer...

This place is a real gem that will always have a place in my heart.. Nearly 2 months i spent here, living with these wonderful people, enjoying excellent authentic nepali food, great hikes, a stunning view of the annapurna mountain range and incredible night skies - i loved every moment here. KB, who's mainly taking care of the business is situated in pokhara where he runs another guest house and a travel and adventure agency both of which i also highly recommend. This fine Gentleman will take care of any of your needs. At the guesthouse itself his parents TJB and his wife Chandrakali, an elderly still very vital, lovely couple will take care of you.. in two months i didn't lack anything. Every now and then i would take the bus to pokhara and spend a few nights there - the perfect balance! An amazing place to relax for a few days or more. The view on the Annapurna and Fishtail from KB’s place is amazing and you can use it as a base to hike around the area (KB is also a licensed guide so he can arrange short or long treks to pretty much anywhere).
