The resort is new and modern — one of the few in this area with both an elevator and air conditioning. All basic amenities were well prepared, and hot water worked perfectly.

Hari kindly helped us rearrange our schedule when our flight was canceled due to weather, and even sent a thoughtful message on our check-in day asking where we were coming from. So thorough and reliable!

Krishna, the romantic supervisor who loves Korean dramas, made sure everything was perfectly prepared and guided us with great care so we felt completely comfortable.

Special thanks to friendly Sabin — he guided us and took photos during the village tour, also brought us to the cloud-like view tower where we all took pictures together, recommended local crafts, and even showed us videos of traditional dishes while walking back in the rain. Thanks to him, we experienced the real, unforgettable Nepal!

Samir taught us how to eat dhido, always said “as much as you want!”, and made us laugh with his jokes — truly cheerful!

Bijay, the attentive and gentle staff, helped us enjoy every meal at our preferred time and always made sure we had everything we needed.

We truly had a wonderful stay thanks to all the kind and caring team. Thank...

I can't express how grateful I am for my stay at Nana—I absolutely can't wait to come back!

We spent three days in a mountain suite, and every moment was pure perfection. The views are breathtaking! Even though the visibility of the mountain range was a bit low during our stay, what we could see left us in awe. The room was incredibly comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was truly exceptional.

Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say that Nana is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Their meticulous attention to detail is evident everywhere.

The views from the rooftop are unbeatable, and I can’t recommend the vegetable momos and dhal bot enough! A special shout-out to Hari, Om, and Rajan for their warm, generous, and hospitable service. The village tour was the icing on the cake, adding a wonderful local touch to our stay.

What truly sets Nana apart is their commitment to the surrounding community. You can taste this in the delicious fresh produce, chocolates, and masala tea served throughout our visit.

I’m already counting down the days until I can return and experience the pool and spa! Thank you, Nana, for an...

I have mostly stayed at Nana hotel in Sauraha and didn't know about Nana mountain resort in Dumpus so I'm really glad my friends booked it. I loved how quiet and beautiful the area was. All the rooms had a clear view of the mountains to the north and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air and to take some photographs and time lapse of the mountains. For me this place was even better because I love walking around spotting the local flora and fauna and I was able to capture some great photos from my blog. Having said that it was also a wonderful space to show my friend's 4-year-old son how nature works and functions.

Ambience aside I don't think I've ever eaten so much during a stay elsewhere but we truly enjoyed every meal that was prepared by the chef here. I definitely plan to return to document the regions flora and fauna again and to enjoy the peaceful ambiance that Nana Mountain...

Breathtaking views and peaceful retreat!!!! I had an unforgettable stay at Nana Mountain Resort in Dhampus. The location is absolutely stunning — you wake up to panoramic views of the Annapurna range and lush green hills all around. It's the perfect escape from the noise and crowds of the city. The staffs were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with traditional touches that made the place feel authentic yet comfortable. I especially loved the food — fresh, local ingredients and homemade flavors. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a bit of luxury in the hills, this is the place. Highly recommended for trekkers, couples, or anyone just wanting to relax in a beautiful setting.

The resort is new, so the service was a bit slow, and the staff could benefit from some retraining. There was no WiFi, and electricity was running on a generator, which made things a bit inconvenient. It feels like they may have opened a little too early. The swimming pool is still under construction. On the bright side, the room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk seemed a bit unorganized, but the buffet breakfast was delicious.
