I stayed at Stone Gallery Inn in Sidhing during my Mardi Himal trek in October 2024, and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. Spending a night here allowed me to relax and enjoy more of the serene Himalayan environment in Nepal before continuing to Kalimati and Lumre the next day and returning to Pokhara.

The inn is excellent. It offers stunning views, delicious food, and top-notch rooms and amenities. Durga Ji, his family, and the team's hospitality were exceptional, making me feel highly welcomed. A highlight of my stay was meeting Durga Ji's father, who still runs a farm—an inspiring and memorable experience.

If you're trekking the Mardi Himal route, I highly recommend stopping at Stone Gallery Inn for a peaceful and...

This hotel and the owner are both lovely. Location is beautiful and full of greenery with the mountain view. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my entire trek. The owner looked after me and my needs very well from the moment I booked the hotel to the time I left. She helped me get rid of all the leeches that were stuck in my clothes 😅 and patiently waited for me to freshen up and be ready for meal as I took all my time despite already being late. And the meal was great with varieties included. She also made number of phone calls to organise my transport...

We enjoyed our one night stay there. Rooms are clean (for Nepali standards and prices), they have double bed and nice view of Machapuchare from our room. Our room had a private bathroom with hot shower, which was really handy after few days on the trek. There were probably mouses under the roof, but other than that it was nice accomodation. Prices were reasonable. We really liked the food too - dal bath was one of the best. Dinner was served on stone plates and the owner talked with us about the dish and learned my husband how to eat dhido (traditional...

This was a lovely stay for the end of my Mardi Himal trek. The food was safe and absolutely delicious with the generous portion sizes I was craving. There was a surprisingly nice view and you could go on the roof which I always enjoy. For trekkers, the free hot shower, free wifi and free charging will be an absolute relief and I found I didn't need a sleeping bag or anything the blankets are plenty for the night (even in winter when I stayed). The owner was great too. Truly a great stay!
