We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially the serene ambience and breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered a stunning view of the sunrise. The team was professional, accommodating, and responsive to feedback, which added good side to the overall experience. Dishes like Mustang Aaloo and Veg Pakoda stood out in terms of taste and quality.The hotel safely stored our belongings during a hike whic we are truly grateful for.While there were notable highlights, some areas need improvement for a seamless guest experience.

Areas for Improvement:

Food Service: Despite our clear dietary preferences {vegetarian excluding dairy products(vegan) and non-vegetarian}, there were gap in execution. The dinner was served cold. While reheating was offered, it was delayed during serving and had to wait patiently.The use of insulated serving dishes along with buffet system in cold weather would have been beneficial.

Breakfast options for vegetarians/ vegan were extremely limited. While the kitchen team provided fruits for all, only mixed chickpeas and potato curry were available for the vegan group. So, our request for alternatives like roti were not met due to a busy kitchen. Fortunately, our non-vegetarian friends were satisfied with their meals.

Cost: There was no substitution for non-vegetarian dishes for vegans, yet the same package price was charged. A minimal discount of only Rs. 100 felt unjustifiable. Also, the initial assurance of a discount upon arrival felt misleading, which impacted our trust.

Room Service: A face towel in the room had a strand of short and curly hair 🤮, which was unpleasant. Adding basic amenities like tea or coffee sachets in the room would enhance guest comfort.

The hotel has immense potential, and our overall stay was pleasant due to the excellent environment, professional staff, and some delightful dishes. However, addressing the above concerns will significantly improve the guest experience. I appreciate the team’s positive attitude toward feedback and look forward to seeing these improvements in the future....

Hotel Nagarjun Palace offering the best views among all the other hotels and resorts nearby. It's located on a hill with a very calm environment still you can go to the city center within maximum 30 minutes.

The the beautiful view of the Kathmandu valley and the mountains worth the money. But you will also get nice space for the parking, good wifi speed, kids playing zone, space for an event, good food and very welcoming hotel staffs.

I like the food! Kitchen staffs are friendly, every time they will call you when they supposed to serve you the food.
