Naikap Village Resort — Hotel in Nagarjun Municipality

I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as this establishment has so much potential but is being severely let down by one critical factor: its service staff.||Let me start with the positives, because they are significant:||The View was Amazing: Absolutely breathtaking. It was the highlight of our visit and created a wonderful initial atmosphere.|The Rooms are Quite Good: The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We had no complaints about the ambiance or the physical setting.|The Food was Okay: It was neither memorable nor terrible. It was perfectly acceptable and did not detract from the experience.||However, the entire visit was completely undermined by the behavior of the service staff. They were consistently rude, unaccommodating, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To provide a specific example that underscores this lack of professionalism: at one point, I asked a server for his name, and he refused to tell me. This act shows a stunning lack of accountability and basic customer care.||It is a profound shame that such a beautiful setting, which clearly has a lot to offer, is being sabotaged by the very people who are supposed to be hosting guests. Highly impressed by the service of Keshav Bhushal, Bibek and front desk person Ms. Susmita. We went to this place to relax but there was a big group of people's reservation too which made our stay not as expected. The group didn't follow the resort rules making noise at late night but I am surprised with the sound proof (not fully) I found in the room. We request to let us know if there are a big group reservation so that we can decide to visit or not because in such cases we have to go to the meal time according to the group's schedule which made us very inconvenient but for many times Keshav and Bibek took control over the situation with their humble hospitality. About the food, we enjoyed it but when I order Rohu fish fry as shown in the menu, we were served with baby fishes. At least we need to know what we are getting. If you are serving baby fishes then you must inform us or don't put any pictures to misunderstand us. According to the price and the service provided by two brothers had force me to convince myself that they had did their best and I appreciate it. The deluxe room we stayed was provided with toiletries and tea-coffee maker. I wish you brothers and front desk sister for good results according to your effort and the resort a good business in...

We went for a picnic in this resort and we said breakfast to be set at 9 but it was 10 and then for the snacks we asked them to make the snacks by 1pm but by the time it was served it was 2:00pm. As for the dinner, we had to go back to our homes and told them to make the dinner ready by 5:30 and the dinner was served at 7pm. Worst service and also there was no wifi. They said the wifi had problems and it was not fixed the whole day. This resort has a great view of Kathmandu valley and thats it, nothing is good except for the view. This was my first and last visit to this resort and i do not recommend this resort to anyone. You can look for better resort in the area which is far more better than...
