My first-time visit to Nepalgunj and Unexpected stay @ Siddhartha hotel in Nepalgunj nice hotels I think it is chain property  but my expectations bit disappointed about the room because of Jr. Suite room is not the benchmark mark because the suite room should be... The dinner experience is good, nice terrace view, good food compare to other property just need bit of training of f&b servers because your manu mentioned Rose Mary chicken on the main course but the server said starter anyway breakfast was excellent and one of the servers very good because he explained very professionally I asked for a cup of fresh coffee and I know it is not possible to serve Americano but he makes my day fresh after taking my good cup of coffee thank you... Hope to stay again... My small suggestions to the management team please conduct hospitality training because it is a chain Nepali property should be best nepali brand with international services...
