Hotel Jal Mahal, Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

My experience/review about Hotel Jal Mahal Pokhara:||||1) In same type of room you will get different facility i.e. one room with bath top another without bath top, one room have carpet and another room no carpet.||||2) Disconnection of electricity time to time.||||3) There is no separate room service. All room services are fully depend on house keeping staffs.||||4) No foods are available to serve to their guest as per menu.||||5) The body wash, shampoo and body lotion provided in hotel is not enough for a person. ||||6) There is no designated smoking shelters available.||||7) No any smoke detectors in rooms, no fire extinguisher.||||8) We have to fight with their staffs to get tea/coffee for self service. ||||9) Many time you may experience tea/coffee with expired milk from their Himdrishya Restaurant.||||10) Bathrooms are not fully ventilated so that during using hot water for bathing bathroom become full of steam and is s make difficult for breathing. ||||11) No travel desk available like other star hotel in Pokhara.||||12) There is no such a additional facilities for old age person as they are claiming in their Youtube videos and ads.||||13) No good housekeeping. Towels are with dust. Handrails of the Balconies are always with full of dust.||||14) No trained and professional staffs available from hotel management and hospitality...

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. The jal mahal has the perfect blend and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! I highly recommend jal mahal because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Me and my friends stayed here for 1 night on our pokhara trip. It is located near to the airport but a bit away from the lakeside. The hotel looks beautiful with the swimming pools and the green garden around it. Not only in day but the view from the balcony at night is also very nice. We can feel the peacefulness along with the fresh air. Rooms are very well furnished. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Shower pressure is good. The staffs are very attentive and polite at the same time. I would like to thank the kitchen team and the service team to prepare and serve us each and every food that we wanted to eat even at the late hours. |Would definitely visit again and also recommend it to anyone who...
