Given Bookingdotcom information, I booked a room in Mountain Glory Resort for one night and requested an accessible room as my partner uses wheelchair. This review would be beneficial for people with special needs as well as elder. Once we arrived, we accommodated in a nice and spacious room. However, it did not have an accessible bathroom in that the wheelchair could not go through the bathroom door. The bathroom was large and have bathtub (with a window) and a shower. It was well-designed, but the door was not wide enough for wheelchair and there were neither any handles nor a foldable seat under the shower. We were disappointed as I have previously checked with the hotel and have been ensured of accessible room availability. Once we figured out the bathroom is not usable. We informed the issue to manager. He immediately took an action to solve the problem. The manager Mr. Avik Singh personally took me to other rooms to see if the bathroom door is fit. No joy! But he offered a presidential room with a large bathroom in order to make our staying pleasant and comfortable. He also assured us to make an accessible room/bathroom in the near feature. I would say Mr. Avik Singh and his team (especially his assistant Ms. Gita) are very professional, welcoming, helpful, polite, and caring. They make sure you as a guest feel comfortable and enjoy your time in Mountain Glory Resort. The resort is located in a very peaceful greenery area with a stunning view of Annapurna range. We had a chance to see the range for a moment as we have been there in a cloudy/rainy season. The room was bright, clean and spacious, in that the wheelchair could be parked next to bed. Room service and restaurant was very good and punctual. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and polite and always welcomed you with a big smile especially Mr. Ram. We really enjoyed the breakfast variety and delicious food. I suggest trying coffee Mocha there. My favorite! Outdoor swimming pool was in front the restaurant in which you can enjoy the green nature and mountain together. It was accessible for wheelchair from the garden. Generally, staying in Mountain Glory Resort was a memorable time in Nepal. I would highly recommend staying and enjoying here. I will definitely...
