Positives: good clean room, good food. Gave delux room at standard price but that was after we shared our displeasure about following things.
Impoloite staff: while we were in restaurant, the staff simply switched of the light instead of letting us know about closure. We were not drinking, we were discussing about work. Had they asked us to leave we wud have left but they simply switched off each and every light of the restaurant. Complained next morning and they didn't even apologize.
Don't take BB plan: staffs comes up to us with a breakfast menu with what is available in the breakfast set but we were forced to remind them to bring each and every item on the list repeatedly. Toast bread, 2 eggs was supposedly rs 500. We asked for fruit bowl mentioned in the list but we were told we would exceed the limit of breakfast plan. They eventually brought the fruit but after we showed displeasure for not giving what was mentioned. I never got tea in the breakfast after reminding them 3 times. Complained manager and then after they brought tea when we were about to check out which doesn't make any sense.
