As a frequent traveler, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tiger Palace Resort, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until my departure, the experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The resort's location is breathtaking, nestled amidst the serene jungle of Nepal, providing a sense of tranquility and peace. The property is expansive and well-maintained, with lush green gardens and pristine swimming pools that add to its charm.

The rooms at Tiger Palace Resort are truly luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the views from the balcony were stunning, overlooking the jungle and the distant Himalayan mountains.

The service at Tiger Palace Resort was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone was warm and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest.

The dining options at Tiger Palace Resort were outstanding. The resort offers a variety of restaurants and bars that cater to different cuisines and tastes. The food was delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Nepali dishes, which were bursting with flavors.

The resort also offers a range of activities and facilities to keep guests entertained. I indulged in a relaxing spa treatment, took a dip in the pool, and enjoyed the lush green surroundings during nature walks. There is also a casino for those who enjoy gaming.

My wife and I recently had the privilege of staying at the Tiger Palace resort and I must say that it was an experience beyond comparison. This 5-star resort is nothing short of a paradise on Earth. The entrance makes you feel like you are in Miami with the beautiful palm trees and the decor. The resort is located 5 km from the Bhairahawa airport and is located in a peaceful area. The M.O.D., Biswas.B.Shah and his staff deserve immense praise.Their traditional warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. They were wonderful, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were attentive to every detail and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way.

The accommodations were sheer perfection.The attention to detail in the room's design was impeccable, the bathrooms were well stocked and the plush furnishings made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The dining options by the pool were nothing short of culinary delights. I had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of delectable Nepalese dishes made by Chef. Sherpa, at the Cavana restaurant. The "Volcano Prawn" and "Timur Mushroom" were the highlights of our dinner, which was recommended by Mr. Shah. The resort's pristine pool and crystal-clear waters are simply unparalleled. We spent time relaxing, and swimming in the azure pool. The pool side food service was outstanding as the server was very attentive. Additionally, the Tiger Palace resort's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness is commendable. Their efforts to minimize their environmental impact while providing guests with a luxurious experience are truly commendable.Our stay at the Tiger Palace was a dream come true. I do NOT recommend anyone for Tiger Palace Resort.

Rooms are average. Amenities of the bathroom are available only on request. I stayed there for 3 nights, everyday, I need to call, remind and follow up at least 2-3 times to request the amenities. Bed-sheet are also changed only on request. Housekeeping services are so lousy that dirt can be pointed on any corner of the tables, chairs and even changed towels are not neatly cleaned.

During the breakfast, a moving bug was found on raisins served along with cornflakes. While server was called and showed to him, he told all these items come seal packed hence he does not know where the bug came from. When he was shown the bowl of raisins where there were several (tens of, if not hundreds) bugs moving on the bowl, he walked away saying he did not arranged these servings, hence he does not know about it. He even did not care to move away that bowl.

When I made noise and called chef of breakfast, she apologized and moved the bowl away.

Breakfast menu did not changed anything on three days.

Rooms are disturbed for sleeping due to outdoor marriage anniversary party. Hotel did not care about other guests staying on rooms while making arrangements of outdoor party.

If this is the management quality of silver heritage brand, I would prefer NOT to use silver heritage brand anywhere...
