Om Adhyay Retreat-Resort — Hotel in Thaha

WORST LOCATION AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Me and my family choose this resort for our family treat. call made to Amod and explain him about our trip and our rout to reach there as we re driving from beautiful place Betini. we choose a Naubise rout to reach Om Adhyay and have ask for suggestion with Amod ji and he explain its a nice route to take. Amod was nice over the phone and we decided to book rooms there.. He gave us NPR 3500 per person per night and have asked for advance and we agree to the same. After we had our awesome trip from Betini Rasuwa we were exited to our next destination. we follow direction map given by Om Adhyay which was very easy look like but in real it was very hectic and I felt they have manipulated this map as it shows 3 hrs 40 mins from Betini but it took 6 hours to reach. it was a forbidden highway and there were no information about this resort in the route and when we trace some locals they were completely unaware of this resort. No signage at all. Then we still could not figure out the resort so we call dear Amod and I explained my experience but he was not empathetic and try to win his game. I told him there is no signage in the way but he claimed there is Then I demand to call someone from the resort to show me the way to reach and in the mean time I would say the location was very remote and road are very unsafe. have seen some student buses going for the same resort so I decided to follow. later after few mins I saw one young boy coming on a bike and I asked him if he is from the resort and he was we were happy not we will get right direction.Road was extremely dusty soil so incase if it rains that night we will be stucked as 4W will struggle on that road. we reached resort and to our surprise it was on the low land surrounded by hills and there is nothing to see except hills. Reception people were ready for my complain as there were a very poor respond when I was stranded in no where land and Mr. Amod stopped responding my calls leaving me and my family along in the middle of no where. we all find the building very very funny lobby ceiling was full of moles and was very unhygienic. we somehow settle there and they gave us room where non of the electric plugs works. we charged our mobile in the bathroom. Resort were flashy with multicolor and it literally looks like a party palace. We were briefed about other activities like horse riding and trip to Kulekhani which was impossible however they have kept some horses to make people feel its there Few Manager were concern about my discomfort and they try to reach us when ever possible. we are sensitive so we react but I have found out most of the visitor to this resort are shocked by its location but have seen all positive review which may be fabricated I personally felt as my experience was full of sadness. there was a dinner served as it looks like food at daramshala very bad food. arrangement was of very low standard. Staff was busy running around as they have a DJ night to make people forget their bad experience reaching there. Non of the staff were concern about our package inclusions. SO THERE IS ONLY SUB STANDARD FOOD INCLUSION ON THE PACKAGE DO NOT TRUST AMOD EXPLANATION ON THE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS. as road were very very bad I requested some manager to make my car parked near to highway and they help me do that giving me a young energetic boy to escort me to park my car. It was Newari area so my language also help me to get help from local. I decided to park my car near high way as in case if rain we will be stucked as the roads are very bad and unsafe. I regret me choosing this destination as we all only think just to get out o this isolated place. very very sub standard place with flashy color in their website. there is nothing to see. rooms are horrible and very noisy that Ione will struggle to have a quite sleep. I have not seen any sign of Retreat and resort feel at this place but of course a party palace feeling. VERY UNPLEASANT TRIP AND THEIR LOCAL SALES OFFICE IS VERY...
