Manigram Bishram Batika Pvt. Ltd. — Hotel in Tilottama

I recently stayed at Hotel Manigram Bishram Batika, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects.

Positive Aspects:

Well Maintained: The hotel is impeccably maintained, with clean and orderly premises. Fancy Appearance: The hotel's design and decor are quite fancy, giving it a luxurious feel. Staff: The staff were okay, friendly enough but nothing extraordinary.

Negative Aspects: Lighting Issues: The room was too bright due to an external light. Despite our request to the staff to switch off the light, they refused. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

EV Charging Knowledge: Although the hotel has a charging port for electric vehicles, the staff seemed unaware of its proper usage. This lack of knowledge was inconvenient for us.

Curtains: The curtains in the room could be improved. Better curtains would help reduce the light coming in from outside, addressing the lighting issue more effectively.

Check-Out Process: The check-out process was frustratingly slow, taking almost 45 minutes. The reason for this delay was unclear and added unnecessary stress to our departure.

Basic Toiletries: The toiletries provided were very basic, almost non-existent. The hotel should consider offering a more comprehensive range of toiletries to meet guests' needs.

Overall, while the hotel has potential with its well-maintained facilities and appealing look, there are several areas that require significant improvement, especially in guest services...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Manigram Bishram Vatika Hotel in Manigram for a short family vacation. Traveling with my wife and 4-year-old daughter, we found the hotel conveniently located between Butwal and Bhairawa, making it a midpoint between the city and the airport.

Our cottage-type room with a balcony offered a spacious and comfortable stay despite the damp weather. While there wasn't a dedicated play area for kids, our daughter enjoyed the ample garden space, observing their own pigeons, birds, and fishes in their enclosures.

The food, with its distinct Indian flavor, was delightful. The alacarte breakfast was good, but a few more kid-friendly options would enhance the experience. The staff's exceptional service and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the outdoor spaces, were noteworthy. The pricing was affordable, considering the quality of service and facilities provided.

The hotel boasts ample space, a variety of rooms, and provides excellent value for money. Although the weather prevented us from using the swimming pool, we had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to revisiting during more favorable weather conditions.

I had to seek for another alternative to stay as my visit to butwal was extended and the resort was fully booked for the later dates than my reservations.
