there’s no reception and check in is done at the hotel next door, staff there are friendly and helpful
the rooms are quite small, but this wasn’t too much of an issue for me as it’s a budget hotel and i stayed alone for one night. bathroom is a small square with a toilet, sink & small shower, my bathroom was quite dirty with hair etc still on the floor and dry toothpaste in the sink. rooms could also do with some decorating, the walls just look quite dirty and rundown. bed was clean and comfortable.
there is no wifi (or at least when i stayed) there is also no lift which i didn’t know until i arrived with my luggage. i was also put in a room on the top floor, there’s only three floors in total but this can be a pain with heavy luggage.
walls are VERY thin, i could hear footsteps in other rooms and every time people opened/closed the doors which woke me up a few times in the night. very noisy in the carpark at night even with window closed.
i only stayed for one night, it was the cheapest hotel in the area and i was desperate for somewhere to stay last minute. of course it’s a budget hotel so you can’t expect luxury, but i would pay more for something slightly...
Read moreWe were hit with the city tax at check in even though we were lead to believe we'd paid everything through booking.
The location is on the outskirts of the city, there's one bus that stops 2 mins away from the hotel but runs every one hour up until 20h. There are busses number 5 and 7 that stop 20 mins away. Every bus describes leads to the central station.
The bed was comfortable and nice, the room was warm. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. I had to wipe the seat. There were burn marks? on the sink. The curtain rail was moudly. There are visible marks all over the carpet. The walls are very thin.
People at reception were very nice and helpful.
Acceptable budget hotel.
You have to check in at Campanile hotel next door, there is no functioning reception at Premiere Classe.
They don't allow you to send them messages on Booking. You can only contact them via call or email through their website which is tedious and...
Read moreWe stayed here for the weekend as we were attending an event in the radical dome (breepark). Didn't expect too much with it being so cheap and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and they provided clean towels and sheets each night. The rooms are a little small but served the purpose we needed. The only let down was the noise made by other guests, which I understand is no fault of the hotel itself. The staff were so friendly and helpful we would have been stuck without them. Just a note for other UK guests if hiring a car over there, take into account that in Breda city centre you have to pay for parking which can only by paid by card and they did not accept our UK debit cards. Luckily a local guy helped us out by paying for it on his card and we give him the...
