Boutique B&B Oud Aa — Hotel in Stichtse Vecht

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The facility, surrounding area, the hosts and the breakfast were all outstanding.

The house is a renovated old farmhouse which was very beautiful. The room was super cosy and modern. During the stay we had takeaway ordered to the facility and we ate it in the cosy breakfast room as the owners had suggested that upon arrival.

The owners of the B&B came out to greet us when we arrived and were extremely friendly and made the outmost effort to make sure that we had a nice stay. We got recommendations on were to eat or order take away from and it always felt as if they wanted to help us as much as possible. A highly personal experience, the farthest you can get from a commercial hotel chain.

The breakfast was outstanding. It was all served on the table when we got to the breakfast room in the morning, with a small bowl of fruit and berries, with home made bread, eggs from a neighbour's chickens, home made jam, and cheese from a neighbouring farm.

I stayed at this rurally located and beautifully renovated Bed and Breakfast a while ago (2 nights) in connection with a wedding of a family member. The welcome from the host was hospitable, the room was clean, tidy and also nicely decorated. The breakfast was well prepared. This is an absolutely wonderful B&B and I am beyond glad we stayed here. My colleague and I reserved two rooms - both were very comfortable and clean. Beautiful accommodations both inside and out.
