Best Western Plus Hotel Restaurant Aduard — Hotel in Westerkwartier

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the third time, and it continues to impress me. The rooms are consistently clean, which is a top priority for me when traveling. The daily cleaning service would be a nice addition, but the friendly and helpful staff more than make up for it. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible, making everything easy and convenient.

The food at this hotel is a highlight for me. I highly recommend trying their salmon; it's bursting with flavor and a must-try for seafood lovers. However, I do have a small suggestion regarding breakfast. While the toast and butter are fine, I believe expanding the breakfast menu with more options would greatly enhance the experience for tourists. Offering a wider variety of choices would make mornings even more enjoyable.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and delicious salmon. With a few improvements to their breakfast selection, it could become an even more appealing choice...

We had booked a three day stay at The Best Western Hotel Restaurant Aduard in Aduard. The hotel is located about 10 minutes outside of Groningen. We had bought our stay through a travel agent at a very reasonable price including breakfast and two three course meals.||||We didn't know what would await us, but the hotel was much nicer than we'd expected considering the price that we had paid. The hotel turned out to be very nice and modern and our room was very spacious and newly furbished. Through our windows we could see farmland and horses which was quite idyllic. ||||The breakfast buffet was very tasty and with lots of different things to choose from. The dinners we had were okay. ||||The hotel staff were very friendly and service minded. And what a relief that they spoke both German and English. ||||All in all I can only recommend this hotel. I’m staying two nights at this Best Western for working reasons. This Hotel is very nice, clean, modern and has amazing staff. The breakfast is great and the rooms are very modern and mostly newly renovated.

BUT: Room number 5 is horrible. The bed is directly to the wall of their washing and drying room. Whenever the machines are running, the room is shaking. It starts at 8 in the morning and close to 10 in the evening the machines currently are still running. Between the bed and the running machines is literally just a few centimeters.

Luckily they hired the best receptionist ever! Nicole is not only super friendly and empathetic, but managed my anger perfectly and solved my complaints within just a few minutes. Thank you so much Nicole, for your help! You really brightened my stay!

For everyone who gets room number five: Ask for a different room immediately!!! And hope for Nicole to be your receptionist!...
