This was a very special occasion for us celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and renewing our vows. Words cannot express how accommodating Susanna and Glenn were in helping us celebrate our day. Our trip was 18 months in the making, having to cancel last minute last year due to the borders closing. They were very understanding of our circumstances. The accommodation is absolutely incredible and they have thought of everything, evens things we didn't think of, it was clean, well set out, perfectly situated and had everything you could possibly need. Waking up every morning and looking out to the most breathtaking view of Te Anau and the surrounding mountains that you only see brochures was amazing. This place is a must stay destination.

Every detail has been taken care of. This is a beautiful house in a tranquil setting. A small but well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable and stylish bedrooms and an excellent bathroom, a deep tub by the window and a powerful shower. The outdoor hot tub is very good, soaking the days aches away whilst star gazing, what could be better? On top of that the house is scrupulously clean and there are even 2 powerful pairs of binoculars available to spot those shooting stars … Highly Recommend

Heaven. It is perfectly situated just outside of town so you see the most spectacular views of the town, lake, and the landscape. I can’t speak highly enough of the sweet family that hosted us. They are truly wonderful and I even elected to plant our tree with sweet Harrison before we left. Way to teach them the value of kindness and giving back to the earth! I highly recommend booking this retreat and I hope you enjoy clear skies for star gazing!!
