What an absolutely fantastic slice of paradise to call home for many and even more special for those visiting. Mike and Susie-lee are wonderful hosts who offer everything one wants for a weekend getaway. They gave us space when needed, all the local info one could wish for and provided a breakfast that challenges anywhere else I’ve been to. Right next to the beach for a lovely morning sunrise walk. The hot tub out the back was the icing on the cake. A glass of NZ sauv, bubbles and a clear night sky are an awesome night away for anyone. The shooting stars were just wonderful. The railway carriage accommodation has received an authentic and detailed renovation which has provided a unique experience for us.
