The holiday park is over 20 years old (I know this as I stayed at the park 20 years ago) but located in a nice, quiet spot i.e. valley about 15 mins drive from the middle of Nelson city. It is reasonably priced with choice of cabins or camping. My advice is to avoid this place unless you want to relive your camping experiences...

Which was unfortunate because the showers take tokens exchanged in the office so if you don’t arrive before 4:30pm you can’t use the showers that night. No email about reception closing so early or alerting us about the shower...
