Korbaylen Estate Bed @ Breakfast — Hotel in North Island

Well what a DEEEEELIGHTFUL place this was!!! Hosts are very friendly and obliging. Their little dog was a true delight. If we didn't know they were there, you wouldn't even know because we couldn't hear anything other than the noise we made. Breakfast/Tea/Coffee microwave/washing machine/dryer all there to use. Fridge with essentials in it and we could use it too. I had the room with the ensuite, my friend had the room using the main bathroom - both were super comfortable though. Wifi was good and they even had a common lounge room area if you just wanted to chill out and watch TV. About 5-8mins out of "centre" of town, which was perfect because we were close enough, but far enough away. Only wish I could have stayed a week so I could have completely chilled right out. We spent 2 nights at this special place close to Hamilton. They offer beautiful rooms in luxury with a huge private lounge to use. A big flatscreen TV with On-demand channels to watch (we were lucky to see the live rugby game between NZ-Aussi in Wellington :-) The shower in the ensuite is fabulous! The couches in the living are very comfi and for piano players: go ahead! Every room in the house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen with breakfast bar is convenient & complete. DIY breakfast is tasty with a lot of goodies to choose from. A wonderful place for our daughter and her two bridesmaids to get ready at! The house is beautiful with lovely decor, the grounds are well kept, offering fantastic photos both indoor and outdoor.||Sally and Brett were great to deal with, going out of their way to accommodate the girls on this special occasion.||Korbaylen Estate offered everything.
