On The River — Hotel in North Island

The location is nice and secured; with 3-minutes-driving-shoppings and the place is overall well taken care of, Well furnished and clean. A big bottle of milk in the fridge and a good selection of coffees/teas available. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of bathrooms Good wifi provided and smartTV with google Chromecast.

Some details made it not perfect: The road above has traffic that you can hear the whole time. Lorries passing by make the dwell trembling. Some lamps off and air conditioning in the main bedroom literally clogged with dust and dirt. There is a central air conditioning system, but I have my doubts if it handles as it should during winter time. We had temperatures of 16⁰ during our stay and we had to wear warm clothes the whole time inside the place. The worst part for me was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom. I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The second night I slept on the couch to not make my back worse than it had gotten from the...

It's a fantastic place. It's very comfortable and cozy. The scenery around here is excellent. Very clean and luxury. Very nice managed items in the kitchen and bathroom. Amazing B&B!!! Beautiful, modern and immaculate with incredible views of the river from the bedroom’s floor to ceiling windows!!! The suite was huge with a walk in robe bathroom living room and kitchen/dining area. It definitely exceeded expectations!
