Orchard Valley Glamping — Hotel in North Island

WOW!!! What a beautiful place. My husband and I spent 2 nights at Orchard Valley Glamping during our honeymoon and we absolutely loved every moment of our glamping experience. The view overlooking the pond (with ducks), kiwifruit orchard, and countryside was spectacular. The outdoor kitchen was fully equipped, and it was great having dinner and breakfast outdoors. The inside of the tent was amazing. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had everything you would need and more. The attention to detail is amazing – robes, slippers, toothbrush, chocolate, s’mores kit, biscuits, eggs, homemade bread, OJ, milk, duck feed, candles, etc. The first night we relaxed in the wood-fired hot tub while star gazing. The second night we relaxed in front of the outdoor chiminea while toasting our s’mores and feeding ducks. My friends and I had an amazing experience at Orchard Valley. It was our first time glamping and we loooved it so much.

The view overlooking the pond, orchard & countryside was breathtaking. The interior design of the tent screams luxury. We felt like we were inside a high end boho boutique store.

My favourite part during our stay would be relaxing in the wood fired hot tub and watching the sunset, and then waking up in the morning and making breakfast in the outdoor kitchen.

The hosts, Te Taki & Cheryl, were sooo friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. If we needed anything, they were there in a heartbeat.

I wish we stayed longer and can’t wait to go back!
