Stratford Accommodation: Peachy and Peaceful On Pembroke — Hotel in North Island

Recently a friend and I travelled to Stratford to attend and compete in the North Island and NZ Dog Trial Championships and Managamingi. While in Stratford we spent the week at Peaceful on Pembroke. Firstly we found Therese very obliging and easy to deal with. Because it was a Dog Trial we had six days to compete. Dogs of course need space to toilet and exercise. Our hosts made available a couple of small paddocks for this purpose which we appreciated greatly and made our stay much more user friendly from our own and the dogs perspective. As Taranaki can be, it was often cold and wet so to come back to warm and dry accommodation each evening was a bonus and our two bedroom unit had everything we requested and allowed us to enjoy a very comfortable and enjoyable week. In fact, we thought about hiking Taranaki or not, but when we saw this accommodation, we decided to come here unconditionally. The accommodation was better than expected. The consideration of turning on the air conditioner before our expected arrival time, the kitchen equipped with everything, and the rooms with bedding that makes you fall asleep immediately after lying down. This was our first stay in New Zealand, and all family members were satisfied with this accommodation. In particular, the cows welcoming us inside the fence near our house, the peaceful scenery like a lie, and the view of Mount Taranaki enjoying the meat outdoors are unforgettable memories. We stayed two nights in Peachy, a lovely modern and comfortably furnished accommodation with charming decoration. It is immaculately clean, well appointed with modern appliances, and has a powerful shower. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, hot drinks, and snacks. There is a helpful folder with information on the accommodation, highlighted extracts of user manuals for the dishwasher, oven, microwave and washer /dryer, and information on attractions in the area.
