Tree Tops is a spectacular retreat resort. It is off the beaten path near Rotorua, New Zealand. Your stay includes five course dinners and delicious breakfasts, individually prepared by a chef. If you are a hunter, fisherman, hiker, or someone looking for relaxation, this is the place for you. It is pricy, so I suggest only a two - or three night stay. The estate manager took us on an early morning drive to tour the property and see the elk, deer, water buffalo, rams, and duck. The lodge and bungalows are beautifully designed and decorated. It is a very comfortable and serene environment. Our massages at the on-site spa were among the best we've had in our travels around the world.
