Lovely old school campspot that breathes 'History'.
We had a warm welcome to our stay by the owner and his cat. Like the million signs on the campsite will tell you: it's cash only. But not to worry - the pub down the road can help you out.
Even though the place might look a bit old, the facilities are all working well and this place had everything we needed. You're surrounded by beautiful nature and cute farm animals.

The neighbourhood is quiet, even though you're super close to the highway.
Price - value is great.
All in all we recommend...

(With 6 toes) The camping is 100% worth the 15$ a night per person. You get a warm shower and a kitchen with a boiler for boiled water. Nice centre on walking distance with a local pub (recommend). The spot we had was nice, clean and the grass was short. Richard does his best to keep everything as good as possible and is very friendly and fun to have a chat with! Thank you Richard! We stayed here on 18/12/24...
