We were staying here for three days in February 2023. We were glad it was possible since weāre travelling and we were not able to stay in the area for a long time. The way Melisa and Olmec run their garden was very inspiring to us. They explained a lot about perma culture and the way they had set up their garden as we were very interested. The work we did is pretty much helping out with some stuff that simply takes longer when doing it alone. They have been very considerate too, providing gloves and avoiding the hot midday hours. We had some great talks and enjoyed our stay in the shed a lot.

The birdsong in the morning is the best kind of alarm clock and is very refreshing.
