Helme Holiday — Hotel in South Island

Had to be my favourite from my whole trip. Unspeakably beautiful, miles of beach with nary a soul, excellent swimming. The site is very beautiful, and all pitches are spread out with loads of shrubbery and trees. Quiet and space......unlike so many others. Showers and loos are first rate and immaculate, and there are also a couple of baches if you prefer. The hosts and their gorgeous dog were very welcoming. Abel Tasman park just up the road. This place is amazing and has everything you need. We were camping in a tent in one of the campsites. Toilets are clean with hot showers available at no cost. Kitchen and laundry facilities are very handy. It is right next to a beautiful beach which is very quiet and peaceful, campsites are spread...
