the best night we spent in New Zealand. On arrival, the girl who greeted us had a beautiful smile, was just perfect, polite, welcoming, professional! what a happiness!! the room is perfect, very well made and tidy. We had a gift to a little attention for my partner's birthday. A small tray full of small sweets and chocolate. Extremely good, the owner is available and responds quickly to requests and is very professional! the use of the bathtub is simple, the place is magnificent , the open sky, with the possibility of closing and just brilliant with a morning wake-up call on a sunrise exceptional sun. The sound of the birds will help you and accompany you to enjoy a breakfast with good fresh yogurts, good fresh orange juice, some pastries and coffee and tea, a small downside the pastries are of poor quality. And for our part we are rather salty… when we wake up, the walk-in shower is great for taking a good shower before leaving and last little downside. We did not find an ironing board only the iron, which is not practical for ironing our things but maybe we just did not see it, the kitchen is fully equipped even a dishwasher, the wi-fi network is great, nothing to complain about. it was a great short...

You book online, get instructions by e-mail on how to get there and what to do on arrival (where the key to your bungalow is, etc.). Despite these instructions, we had trouble finding the exact location (despite GPS) and had to trouble the owners to come to the rescue! All that done, we realised we were in the midst of nature, all on our own, in a very nice, comfortable room with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is in a hamper and in the fridge. You'll find dinner down in Geraldine. The most memorable part of our short stay was the magnificent sunrise over the fields, unobstructed by any other buildings. As said, this is different, but certainly to be...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic place for a quiet, secluded night away. The tiny house(?) is modern and tastefully decorated. The host leaves a bevy of tasty snacks as well as a coffee pod machine for you to use. The bath is deliciously deep, and with good hot water only takes half an hour to fill. Birdsong both at twilight and dawn was one of the highlights of the stay, as well as the stunning sunrise that we got to view from the warmth of our comfy bed. Would 100% recommend, and we plan on...
