Absolutely beautiful campsite, incredibly well maintained, grass mown, toilet paper in the loos. Great spot right next to the river, there is a track near the campsite you can follow for 10 or so minutes to a river crossing. We woke up to amazing bird song and surprisingly were the only ones there when we camped. The sign did note can be prone to flooding so probably not an ideal wet weather spot. We considered it exceptionally flash with flushing toilets. Water available onsite but must be boiled first, also two concrete fire pits that can be used.

Our first time camping as a family of 6 and we loved it. Great area for kids, lots of area for them to run around and bike within visibility of anywhere in the campsite. The river and swimming hole were a highlight! Has flushing toilet and running water. There are fire pits for communal use. Beautiful scenery. Rabbits and wallaby to see at dawn. We even meet some lovely locals who gave us veggies from their garden! Recommend taking river shoes.

Small tidy place, two fire pits and well working flushing toilets! (No longdrops!) the river is lovely, plenty of great swimming spots and a beautiful walk. 10/10 recommend, one of my favourite places. No access from the back high road, however, due to recent cliff collapses. Easier to get in the front way so no real pity!
