It's true what they say about first impression, after arriving from Collingwood, I decided to see if they had a vacancy. Nick, the manager, was apologetic as their cabins were fully booked out,as he could tell I was very tired. He immediately offered a tent site until a cabin became available. This kindness and thoughtfulness on his behalf is why we as travelers and tourists come back again knowing we are looked after. So, I am giving my contact details and length of stay,Nick arranged for my accommodation and check-in time for the next day at 2pm. About 8.30 am the next day, Nick wife rang to say that a self-contained unit was available and ready for me straight away. This excellence in promptness is a standard all holiday parks should strive for. When checking in, I was shown a hiking map on offer as well as eating establishment close by. These small details are what stand out from my stay here. Everything was well maintained and clearly mapped out for you. If I could give more stars, I surely would, so thank you for my 2 nights, Nick and Parklands Marina for the atmosphere and efficiency...

Booked this accomodation due to reading great reviews online but was disappointed with the customer service. Working in customer service myself I hold it to a high standard and understand the need to be flexible when things change. Unfortunately the female host who greeted us lacked this understanding and was not as accomodating as they could have been. We had a large group of people booked for this trip and were very excited to stay at this campsite. The host believed that one of the members of the group overstayed their welcome last year even though they had not stayed since 2016. The host made assumptions about our group before we had arrived. We felt unwelcome and disrespected due to overhearing comments made about us to the other host while we were setting up. We did ask for a full refund which they were happy to provide and moved to another location further down the road which was very welcoming and thanked us when we left for our cleanliness, quietness and respect towards...

Great spot to camp a night or two before/after ferry crossings, on our summer roadtrip up north and back again, with our dog coming along too. The owners are dog owners and so understand the logistics of travelling and staying in a communal space with dogs - they try to spread out the families with dogs so that they don't wind each other up! Dogs on leash within the campsite, sites with good shade trees are chosen wherever possible. The campsite is for humans at the end of the day, so your dog must be well behaved and relatively quiet, but if your dog ticks those boxes it makes for an easy and enjoyable stay.

There is a good sized park just across the road from the campsite entrance, which is perfect for exercising and toileting the dog in mornings and evenings, especially before heading off to a...

Clean park in a nice location. Easy to walk to Waikawa bay to catch the sunset or have food at Jolly Roger; quick drive in to Picton alternatively. Camp was pretty empty late July but they have a firm 10am checkout even with campers. Kitchen was spacious with lots of cooktops and several tables. Must bring your own cookery, sponge and tea towel. Bathrooms were tidy and seemed to have enough hot water. Good wifi and I like they have good recycling. $20pp per night for a powered site.
