Scotts Beach Campsite — Hotel in South Island

Small private location very pretty has a small seal population. Location is one hour walk from start of heaphy track karamea. West coast south island sum private camp sites. Fresh water available but not rubbish outlets so take it back with you. Beach is great fishing spots big rods required heavy gear seas can be large but not recommend for swimming not safe because of strong currents and undertow lots of native bush Palm trees abound. Ein wunderschöner einsamer Strand wo baden zwar nicht zu empfehlen ist, dafür aber die athmosphäre um so schöner ist. Das Campsite hat keine Schutzhütte und nur einen sehr mickrigen Trinkwasserzugang, dafür aber Bank und Tisch sowie ein paar Vorrichtungen zum Grillen. Mückenschutzmittel gegen die Sandflies nicht vergessen! Außerdem sollte man damit rechnen, dass man die Nacht auch zur Hochsaison vollkommen allein verbringen könnte.
