In response to your reply to my review ( cannot reply directly)- That’s an interesting/questionable recollection of events you hold……….

Aggressive interaction with the holiday park owner over labour weekend. We arrived, and while unpacking our dog Molly was stretching her legs, off a leash for about 10 minutes. The rules do state dog on leash at all times, but she was not annoying any other campers and stuck by our side. Our mistake, but the owner approached us so aggressively about Molly not being on a leash. An uncomfortable 5 minute interaction we’re he yelled, red in the face the entire time. Leaving my 6 year old daughter in tears wanting to leave…. Which we would have done if it hadn’t been to late to find alternative accommodation. Dog owners beware. A simple mistake that could have been easily fixed by him simply asking us to put the dog on a leash, in a...

Booked after a plug from @moochstyle and was not disappointed. A beautifully kept, quiet, dog friendly holiday park perfect for families. We stayed in Cabin 5 over New Year, it had everything we needed, and was lovely and clean as were the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Hosts are friendly and accommodating, and there is a handy wee camp shop on-site too. Kids really enjoyed using the free bikes to blat around the camp ground and we made the most of the swimming pool, tennis courts and rugby ground nearby. It was a great base for our day trips around Central Otago. Will be back to stay and bike the gold trail next year....

After a lovely stay in a clean environment, l was extremely disappointed in the uncaring, hostile response from the lady owner after l experienced and reported a nasty fall down there very slippery ramp outside the ladies toilets . They do have a narrow strip of chicken mesh tacked to the outside track ,but its to late once you have stepped out onto the ramp .No signage for this, to beaware slippery when wet ,while there are plenty of other signage to clean up ,to put out rubbish etc .The daughter who was in the office this morning, also said she had done the same thing 2 days ago...

Hard to fault this outstanding camp ground on the banks of the Clutha River at Miller's Flat. Great range of accommodation options and obviously popular with those biking the Clutha Gold. Our caravan site had water and power and was sheltered behind a hedge. Amenities were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And a secret tip - try booking site 44 if it's free!

We recently stayed at a campground that impressed us with its well-maintained facilities, cleanliness, and overall organization. It's evident that the management takes great care in ensuring everything is in top shape. Our experience was positive. It's definitely a place we liked and would recommend to others.

Arrived late in the evening from Dunedin and had to settle for one mid-way to queenstown. One of the older holiday parks, where toilets are dark, not well lit/insulated. Kitchen was ok, dustbin were full and furnished with old furnitures. Otherwise, would be better if you stay around queenstown area.
