The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Marabu Hostel made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One aspect that stood out was the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed to prepare meals, with top-quality appliances and a comprehensive selection of cooking utensils. The Wi-Fi at Marabu Hostel was also impressive. It was consistently fast, reliable, and accessible throughout the premises. Whether I needed to catch up on work, stay connected with friends and family, or simply browse the internet, the Wi-Fi always delivered a seamless online experience.

Read moreA beautiful quiet place literally built at the beach with different cabins offering accommodation both for travellers, couples or families. The hosts, Sam and Leticia with their two kids are really nice and help you when needed. There are a few restaurants nearby but It's recommended to get basic grocery for your stay in Chinandega, 45 min by car, as there is no supermarket nearby. You will find a big community kitchen and a hangout area with tables and hammocks. The views and the light are ridiculous. At low tide long walks are possible crossing the different beach areas. In Amaru hotel nearby you can rent surfboards, if you travel with your family we recommend to rent a car as the place is quite remote. If you are looking for a simple but clean accommodation connected to nature this is your place. Thanks to the Bode family! Highly...
Read moreI arrived at this wonderfull place as a solo surf traveller, wanting to escape the busy beaches in the south, and never did I think I would find such a pearl.
The beach is right in front of your room. The waves are perfect for all levels, and just for you and some locals to share. Now and then there's a small group (2-4ppls) of surf lessons going on as well. If you're good enough in the water, then The Boom is just around the corner.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the wifi is great and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare a solid meal.
Last but not least, the hosts are amazing! They're able to find that perfect balance between giving you enough space and being there in case you have questions.
I highly recommend this...
