Where do i start from about this hotel, i was in Benin for a burial and we were booked by the family in this terrible terrible hotel. The first night, the room we slept in had water heater issues, a broken bathtub and off whitish towels. That night my room mate ordered some food and was told by a lady in the kitchen that she talked too much on phone, and she needed to place her order and get off the phone quickly. I was amazed. ||||Day 2, we were moved to another room, better water heating, better Ac but the issue of giving us two towels came up. we paid for a room that can sleep 4 and we were 3 but they refused to give us any extra towel, saying that one room was entitled to 1 towel.. and the towel we re referring to was nothing near white??? ||||Day 3; I called the restaurant asking what was available, they said Rice, i asked how long their Jellof n Fried rice would be ready and the lady said 40 minutes. i asked why and the lady gave me the nastiest response, i had ever gotten from any hotel i ve ever stayed in. " madam, in your house, how long will it take you to cook your own rice?" that was what a staff of a hotel asked me. ||||Day didnt break the next day before i called a cab and left the crap of a hotel. i have promised myself, i will tell everyone i know to boycott that place until they know how to treat guests properly and update their facilities. ||||Only good thing about that place is probably the live-band by the pool on Fridays. Aside that crappy place, crappy service. Wont be going back...

I wanted to make an order for goat meat peppersoup and grilled snails and I was told to wait for 50mins. It's not good enough 😕. Imagine waiting for that long when you're so hungry, it's terrible. I just had to take the non- alcoholic chapman. That being said, their service is great; staffs were polite and friendly....
