WillowWood Hotel Owerri — Hotel in Imo State

It is located at a critical point, you can't miss it The comment is cool and somehow seren although it by the road side Rhe vip var is cool The lift tried The receptionist are not always nice and they ask silly/stupid questions The walk way is all rug carpet, but some part ls are pulling off, it needs maintance Their rooms are ok Their staffs are the worst ever; You place and order and your getting it next year cos if you don't go to the kitchen with gun you might never get that meal, They have a very poor hygiene, once they enter or leave the room Their body odour hovers around for almost 1hr, there's this guy is particular his body odour can even blind you They need very serious training,

Their chef is not the best, but he...

I actually decided to start documenting my journeys as I and my team move inter state to provide photography and video services to clients so as to assist people searching on Google to get info on the fly.

This is Willow wood hotel, I would have taken time to move through the entire facility and of course that will need the permission of the management but I got to Owerri a bit late.

My stay there for the night was nice. Cosy rooms, well lit walk ways and customer service was responsive.

We went there yesterday and left today. We couldn't stay anymore. We asked the reception for some things, they didn't respond. I even had to go downstairs to relay the message. Secondly, we placed same order in the morning, it took nearly 3hours for them to respond. We'd even forgotten cos we decided to check out. I called the reception, the lady was probably sleeping and picked, I laid the complaint and she didn't respond. This was already past 7am . As far as I know, they just gave us the room and abandoned us to fend for ourselves...
