Buckingham Palace Hotel — Hotel in Lagos State

Hotel outlook is nice and charming but the rooms wide enough and good. Facilities in the hotel a bit old and needs to be restructured if the management will listen.

The receptionist need to be guided well and also those in the bar section as they posses a lackadaisical attitude towards the lodgers which should be taken serious.

Moreso as big as the facility, the PABX system is faulty as I have to keep calling via my line to a number given for services to be rendered and sometimes it takes hours for them to respond. If I visit next and find any changes I will note it here.
