Hi-Point Hotel & Suites — Hotel in Lagos State

Lodged there on 21/8/25 with my spouse and slept there overnight. Though the hotel look fine, the receptionist was very cold and not hospitable. Intercom not working. Water heater not working. I was forced to come down to the reception when the intercom was inoperable to request for warm but was denied and I was forced to bathe with near ice cold water. I wouldn't have complained but for the 'I don't care attitude' the receptionist displayed. I could have stayed another night but didn't cos of the dissatisfaction.
