Definitely the Biggest Estate in the whole of Iju-Ishaga & Obawole environ!

Having a family that stays there got me going there often & realize how huge the Estate is! Having a really big & nice school inside the Estate that my brothers children attend and I see the impact of the school in their knowledge! Security is top notch both at the front & back gate and within the Estate! Beautiful structures houses but the road within the Estate not so good cause it is still under construction...

This place called KAY FARMS ESTATE (CHIEF ROTIMI WILLIAMS) not KAY FRAMES ESTATE. Please take not.

The estate is owned by late Chief FREDRICK ROTIMI ALADE WILLIAMS. Before his death, he was a prominent Nigerian lawyer and the very first to become a SENIOR ADVOCATE.

The estate is situated in a place called Old Abeokuta road but now Bola Ahmed Tinubu road off Iju Ishaga road in Ifako Ijaiye local government area.

The estate is still developing because I can still see alot of houses and road under construction. Alot of open space waiting for...
