Mila Hotel and Suites — Hotel in Lagos State

Hotel is suffering a high risk of collapse due to the untrained and mannerless front desk personnel, a lady who has no respect on how she talks to the guest and in responding to queries. I checked into a 30k room on Sunday 15/04/25 and right at the time of payment I perceived that the female receptionist lacks manners and talks unguardedly to people, she lied and sits on her job lik she doesn’t care about the risk that her utterances can cause the hotel, I don’t want to go any further bcoz i am not visiting that place again. Went for an overnight stay. The hotel is quite easy to locate as it is right by the road. The rooms are pretty with nice themes. The service was pretty bad. One of the receptionists was not very nice and kept asking unnecessary questions. There was no hot water. The light went off for a long time in the morning. I think they can do a lot better as regards their services especially customer service...

A good manager with a very useless set of workers, receptionist and cleaners , terrible people. Nice security personnel. Poor electricity and AC!!, Very uncomfortable! Extorters for little damage. Dirty room and toilets. Very terrible...
