Billionaire Hotel and Suites — Hotel in Oyo State

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. Firstly, the receptionist couldn’t show us the rooms available cos she was the only one working, so we had to pay for the room without viewing it. On getting to the room, I noticed the sheet was dirty. We had to call the receptionist to change it, which she did grudgingly. We saw stains on the duvet cover, then told her to change this as well, only for her to change it into another stained duvet cover. I pointed the oil stains to her so she took the duvet away to change it again. Only to come back with the duvet but without a cover. I was tired at this point so I just let it be. When we were ready to sleep, my husband tried locking the room’s door but the lock was damaged. He called the receptionist and all she said was we will be safe without the lock. SMH, I am highly disappointed.

AC was not working well, it felt like it was on 30 degrees while on 17 which was its coldest. Then the light went off during the night, when it came back the AC did not come on. My husband called the receptionist to let her know we don’t understand what’s happening as the AC is not coming on, only for her to say “ok” then ended the call. Still the AC didn’t come on. We had to call her back again before we were told they wanted to switch to generator. We couldn’t sleep...

I have been to different hotels within Nigeria and outside the Country but Billionaires Hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever been. I had an occasion in Ibadan and that warrants us to book about 25 rooms and to my greatest surprise no one complained about the hotel for any reason. The hospitality is top notch, the customer service is wonderful, the environment is serene. The staffs are very understanding, responsive, respectful and hardworking. Mr Olaolu, the assistant manager Is a man of integrity and a gentleman and there is a cordial relationship between the assistant manager and the manager and the entire staff.Our stay at Billionaires Hotel was home away from home for us and we enjoyed every moment and to top it all, Uniform men are always on ground for...

I love that the environment here is neat.The rooms are exquisite. The light was steady. The surrounding atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. Their food was delicious too and the staffs were all respectful and professional,especially the Receptionist (she needs a raise for a job well done).
