Villa Lumiere — Hotel in Municipality of Kisela Voda

I will start with all the things that require attention and maintenance from the owners. I read similar complains from 3 years ago so i suppose nothing has been done since then. First of all no fire and woods available and the AC was not able to cover the whole area. The jacuzzi leaks on the outside next to the curtains and floor got wet. No shampoo available only soap for hands and what bothered me the most were the curtains who were dislocated and could not close the whole windows with them (attached photos). Other than that the sauna was worth it and the room was romantic. The security guy was kind and tried to help with the curtains but...

Everything has been perfect for a while, but now it's just good. The drain of the shower is nearly fully clogged, the light in the sauna doesn't work, the tap of the jacuzzi is wobbling.

However the sauna is working, the jacuzzi also and if your shower routine takes less than 10min the water won't pour out of the shower cabin.

There were 2 TVs and while one has fewer programs than the other it worked all the time whereas the other worked for 5min and turned itself off. Also there smart capabilities on both of them but were unusable for some reason.

After all we had a great time, but for that pricing we expected everything to be perfect,...

The place is nice,and we have great time, but it needs maintenance because a lot of staff don't work. For example:the lights in the sauna has to be repaired ,jacuzzi can be only used as tub, there were no woods for the fire in December, there are two TV, but non of them have channels, there weren't shampoo only soap, there weren't toilet paper, the bathroom smells awful and as same as sauna the lights don't work,the drain in the shower was clogged.The las but not least, in the big aquarium there was onlu three fish. If all this listed above working it will deserve 5+ stars,but in this condition don't worth...
