Steinsnes NAF Camping — Hotel in Eigersund

No good service for the price. They don't have anything, not even gives you a knife suitable for cutting bread. Not so clean. I was fishing for salmon on Bjerkreimselva from July 5 to July 13. The water level was dramatically low and I did not see people fishing at the best river areas. The owner of the Camping had told me none of this although two days before I sent him an confirmation's email about my trip from Spain. I decided not to stay there and go back my home. My rods have not left outside its tubes there and I didn't buy a single permit to fish because it was absurd in that situation. I bought a new flight for July 8 (because before was not possible) and come back home having lost my money and my time. Not a single one excuse. Just interested in your money.||I'll never go back here and I recommend to the anglers and other people seeking another different accommodation in the area...

I stayed here whilst on a cycling tour of Southern Norway and was really pleased to find such a welcoming, if basic, place to rest for a night.||||I was allocated a camping hut which was simple but had everything I required.||||The toilet and shower block were just 100 metres away. This also included a communal kitchen, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use for a nominal fee. ||||There is a café across the road selling burgers, ice cream and other fast food which seemed popular with the locals..||||Altogether, this was a very satisfactory, no-frills place to stay whilst touring and I have no hesitation in...

We stayed in a cottage. I was looking for a bare bones camping cottage but this is so much more. Fluffy, super clean bedding for a small fee. Fully stocked kitchen with every basic you need. Tv, sofa, table and chairs, shower and bathroom in the cottage, even cleaning supplies. They also have mini golf, a huge sand play area for small kids, an indoor hang out place for the older kids. Quiet without the sound of other cars and you couldn’t even hear the other guests. Across the lot is a beautiful stream. 10 minutes by car is ocean fishing. Also some surprisingly amazing local...
