Beverøya Hytteutleie og Camping — Hotel in Midt-Telemark

Have visited this place only for one night. We came quite a big group, we were all surprised that there were nor bedsheets, nor soap or shampoos nor tea/coffee in a house. Bed sheets had to be picked up from somewhere else in a territory. So this place for one night sleepers that doesn't travel with their food and soaps etc is not the best place. BUT Cabins are clean, renovated. Water runs really hot and really cold. Kitchen is fully equipped for decent meals making. There's a huge fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. An excellent campsite with everything you could really ask for. We had already booked a hytte but then found out some friends were visiting at the same time as. We informed the staff at reception of the situation on our arrival and they instantly offered us the hytte right next to our friends', for no extra cost (despite it being slightly better than the one we had booked). The campsite is in a great location, with a nice river to swim in and a playground to keep the kids entertained. Very nice place! Friendly high service minded staff, two great swimming ponds, and a very cozy atmosphere. Have no problem recommending this place at all. We rented one of the bigger cabins, and it was great. Be advised thought, the smaller cabins seemed very small and had not much room in them so if you are a family of 4 or more i would recommend the bigger cabins. The reason for 4/5 stars is the prices in the store they have where you can buy bread, milk and other food related items. The prices are way too high.
