Stana Gard — Hotel in Ullensvang

A trip of a lifetime, A view of the lake More than a dime, You will need for the cake.

This was the best accomodation & location I could have hoped for in my life. This was an amazing trip with my close friends and we have visited beautiful places such as Cinque Terra too. I have and continue to recommend Norway Bergen but more importantly Stana Gard. Thanks to the host and her amazing hospitality. I can't believe we got so lucky with the weather and we were able to catch fish on our first try.

A wonderful 4 night stay at Stana Gard. Gro offered great hospitality and was very helpful with local information. Plenty of room for our two families and the character filled farm house had pretty much everything one needed. The boat and supply of 2 fishing rods came in handy. (we got lucky and landed two trout from an evening fish right on the bank). Idyllic surrounds, with magical panoramic fiord views - its easy to relax here and the nearest township just 8 ks away....

We stayed in this home for a few days before hiking Trolltunga. Definitely worth the stay. The home was large and comfortable and clean but most importantly the location and views were amazing! The host was also very kind and responsive. We sat on the front porch on the fjord for all our meals and looked across at beautiful waterfalls and mountains.
